Need help with DLL sweeper.

I think I messed this one up. I ran the DLL sweeper and did not bacp up those ones deleated.
I cannot run the Logitech program because of problems in OLEAUT32 DLL and VPORTAL2 DLL.
I suspect that I lost them.!
Does anyone know where I can download these DLLs.
I tried to get them from my disk, but it was an upgrade from 98SE to ME.They are not there.
All nelp would be appreciated.
