need help with dividers/ratios and pci speeds for o/c

ok I've got a kr7a and I'm changing my FSB speed.

ok it says RATIO 4:2:1 (FSB/AGP/PCI)

say my fsb was 133 does that mean my pci is at 33.75mhz? and my agp is at 66.5mhz?

also I cant hit more then 145mhz.

I hit the same with micron ram and crucial so its not the ram. I'm thinking its my network card.
