Good evening everyone, I hope I can get some help or direction in this knowledgeable community regarding my issues;

Basically every few days it shows up: a rectangle/ thick line of random colors on my screen, that usually goes away if I change the resolution or close the window it appears on.

Here is my system specs (The build is 2 weeks old):

intel i7 4770K (at stock/auto boost speed).
mb: Gigabyte G1 sniper Z87
RAM: AData 2x 8GB @ 1600 MHz
video card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X, 3GB with latest non-beta catalyst driver (14.2)
PSU: cooler master 850W
Running windows 7 64-bit with all updates.
Temperature appears to be normal for both CPU and GPU (40-50's)

So far, I've been encountering this problem in World of Warcraft and recently Chrome.

Here what it looks like:

Every time I refreshed, it appeared at a different screen location. Other tabs were fine, and when the affected tab was closed it was gone.

Initially I was doubting my monitor or cable, but since I was able to capture it with print screen, I guess I can rule that out.

Also what appears to be common in those occurrences is having World of Warcraft running either as the active window or in the background.

Has not happened with other games like Tropico 5 and Far cry 3 so far, but again I haven't been playing really that much, so can't draw a definite conclusion here.

What bothers me the most is the inconsistency of the issue, I have no reliable way I know for reproducing it or to know if I should rma something.

Potential culprits I think could be corrupted vRAM, regular RAM or some driver issue or setting I guess.

Would greatly appreciate any suggestion.

Well first off I believe there is a 14.4 WHQL so I would update to that and see what happens before anything else.

14.6 RC2 available as well if you are a little more adventurous
