Win2K Pro DUN will not accept the correct password for my ISP. It shows the username correct each time, but for some reason it insists on using a 16 character(unknown to me)password. I can manually change it and click dial and it will work, but when I try to auto dial agin it has changed back to the invalid password. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It's a security feature of Win2k. It'll automatically mask your pasword with 16 *'s. The connection should work without having to retype your password every time. The reason it does this is to prevent someone from seeing that you have, say, a 8-character password for your ISP.
