NEED HELP WITH DFI ULTRA-D Nforce 4 board

I just installed this board today along with a 3000+, 512 RAM and a 520 OZC Powerstream PS. The computer powers on fine, but shows no display and gives off no beebs whatsoever. The keyboard lights flash quickly when it is first booted but then turn off, the 4 diagnostic LED's immediately turn red (all 4 of them) immediately on power on and do not change. I've tried resetting the CMOs but nothing seems to be working.

I heard of one trick to get to posting. Use just one stick of memory in slot 3. See if that works.

Pull out the MB and put it on the cardboard box. Connect the power and retest.

What kind of ram? I had major problems with my board and found out it was just picky about the ram. Got new stuff and it works great.

Did you connect all 4 power connectors to the MB?
