Shrap,

Please try to minimize the testing component with only the CPU, memory and AGP card. Re-sit the CPU (press the CPU all the way down and pull the handle on the side of the CPU socket up and down for 7 times) then turn the power on again. If still doesn't work, please E-mail to tech@dfiweb.com together with your shipping address. We'll send you a replacement right away.
Thanks

I have gotten this problem with many boards. Just like DFITechsupport said: put the bare minimum of components and test it again. I thought there was a self diagnostic on the board? That could help.

Maybe reset the CMOS.

Usually my problems were PSU related and I had to unplug and re-plug in the main power connector.

PS: I bought an AD77 Infinity for my cousin and it works great. All 4 mem slots filled (2 gig of ram) running at 333mghz and it just screams through huge photoshop images (from 20 meg to nearly 1 gig images). Needless to say I was very impressed with this board and its stability. It seems though that BIOS development for this board has stopped unfortunately.
