Need help with Delphi 7

I'm badly in need of a Delphi crash course to fix a program that involves a Firebird DB.

I know Javascript, enough PHP to do some simple DB queries, and just started learning C++ .NET at school... I never touched VB or Pascal.

What kind of (e)books or websites would you guys recommend?
