NEED HELP WITH CS BINDS & SCRIPTS

Hey y'all!

I need help making a bind or script or something so that i jump and duck at the same time... i dont want to have to install a script pack or anything, just something simple plz!!

Any help greatly appreciated!

Also, for those of you with weapon buying binds, do the menus remain open after you use them? Mine do and i cant seem to get them to close automatically...

I made my first one yesterday for purchasing things, it's easy to do (Though i still can't get my slot10 command to work).
