Need Help with CRYSTALDISKINFO

I seem to have an escalating problem with the time it takes to re-boot. Last night I couldn't boot at all. I narrowed down my choices to my SSD. I took it out, plugged it into my laptop and it didn't appear. Everything seemed to indicate a dead SSD. I went to bed expecting to have to replace and rebuild this weekend.

For grins, I got up this morning, plugged the SSD back in, powered on and....you guessed it, Fastest boot I've ever had (probably not but it seemed so). I immediately went online to look for some info about checking the health of my SSD. Have I said yet how I know nothing about this?

I came across CrystalDiskInfo. Downloaded, Installed, and got the following report. (OK, How do I attach a screenshot?)

What in the world is this telling me? Is the a table or guide somewhere as to exactly what all those ID items MEAN? If I have any sense, it seems that, maybe, the disk is just fine? Am I missing something?

Not sure to say since I can't see anything that CrystalDiskInfo is reporting. You can upload an image to a pic hosting site, and share the link here. This is the one I generally use:

Mainly the think you look for in CrystalDisk is the reported disk health on the main page. It will give a percentage and say something like "Good". It also uses colors to give warnings on the overall health of the drive:

Also, what brand of SSD is this? Many manufacturers have their own SSD utilities that report on the health of the drive as well.
