Need help with cross flashing PNY GTX 970 to Palit Jetstream Bios.

When I try flashing the Palit Jetstream bios to my PNY GTX 970, I am hit with an error: PCI Subsystems ID Mismatch. Does anyone know how to get around this without the option to force flash being available?

I would assume it could be fixed by changing the vendor ID and Checksum, although I'm unclear as to whether the bios would need to be resigned after the fix.

I was successful at flashing the bios by adding -6 to the command line in the batch file, but now it seems my fan speed is running at half speed even when set to 100%. It most likely has something to do with the fact that the Palit card has 2 fans and my PNY card only has the one blower style fan.
