Need help with CPU/Mobo problem

Hi,
I have two 1.33 Ghz Amd cpus and 2 mobos

one is the
Asus A7A266 (Ali Magic Chipset)
It works fine with the 1.33
i set the jumper thing to 10.0x so it could be 1333. That is not a problem
but
for my other one

Asus A7V133 (Via Chipset)
I can't seem to get it at 1.33Ghz
I have it running at 1ghz right now.
i set the jumper thingy to 7.0x
I want to set it so it's 1333. WHen i set it at 10x, it doesn't boot up, i don't know why.
Vcore is at Default and everything.

Set the mobo to jumperfree mode.
Update to latest bios.
Load default settings.
Try to boot up. If this doesn't help.

Try to bump up the vcore to 1.85v.
