I formatted my computer for the first time and i thought everything went well until i checked device manager and saw a conflict for a Intel Firmware Hub????? What is this and how do i get rid of the conflict??? Have looked for drivers but havent found any. Need Help Please! Im a Newbie!

System is P3500e
Intel 82810E Graphics controller
Intel 82801AA Bus Master controller

What do you mean by FirmWare Hub?
We need more info regarding the conflicting device

But in the mean time you cold try this, Click: Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Information > Hardware Resources

Check & write down the info in Conflicts/Sharing & IRQ (you may need I/O info if there is a memory conflict/overlap).

Then, get back to Device manager and remove the offending device, then reboot. Follow the Wizard instruction to reinstall the device.

If PnP don't find the device, then will need to manually install it with the aid of the info that you have writen down from System Information.

I bet you are using i820 mobo huh? Are you using cc820? I am using it, and I think I installed the firmware driver. Go to controll panel, then choose system. Remove the hdd controllers and reboot. It should say new hardware detechted, and you put in the CD that came withthe mobo, and select the driver.

Also, go to Intel's homepage on this mobo. There is a new firmware driver, and you need to install that one to have the most updated version.
