Hey folks,
Just as the title reads. I'm hoping some of the modifying experts here can chime in & point me in the right direction. I'm looking to reduce the overall side of my desk & I'd like to do it nicely. I want it to have a smooth finish & overall clean look when I'm done.
The problem is I don't know which power tools are best for this application. I don't want the cheapest tool on the planet, but I don't want to spend over $100 on it either. I may not ever even use the tool after this project.
So, if you wouldn't mind, point me in the direction of the power cutting / trimming tool & also a good sander when I'm done cutting. The wood on the desk is about 1" thick & it looks like a laminate particle board (I'm not a wood expert, but that's what it looks like).
There's a picture of the desk in my (Pics) section below.
Thanks in advance.
