Need help with color correction.

I love the Hooters girls because they are camera hogs.
A buddy of mine is stuck in Iraq and needed something to make him feel good. I got a Hooters T-shirt and had the gals sign it. Two of them (Jen and Allison) volunteered to hold it for a picture so my boy will know its genuine.

I already cropped and resized to my content, but the color is all wrong as you can see.
Jen (the brunette) is pregnant, so her hormones are all out of whack. She also has a deep tan. I dont think it matches her dark hair but she probably wont be going to the tanning booth again anyway.
The blonde (Allison) has VERY pale skin, and it actually looks OK with her hair.

The backround in a Hooters is medium-brown wood, with lots of orange decoration. Their lighting is designed to take advantage of this. It does NOT mix well with the huge windows all over the joint. On top of that we got snow in NOVA yesterday and I'm sure you all know what kind of light you get when you have thick cloud cover and white stuff all over the ground. You can get some pretty neat outdoor shots but mixing it with indoor light is just aweful. The flash was not able to compensate. This pic did not use it.
I actually get much better pics (normally) at night with my flash in a Hooters.

I want to make a 4x6 to send along with the shirt, but I also want an 8.5x11 for the manager to put up in one of their picture frames.

Can anybody help me reduce Jens orange hue without jacking up everything else?

Jen doesn't look at all 'orange' to me on my calibrated monitor. The picture is a bit grainy since the flash wasn't used (so the camera used high ISO instead) but the color seems fine here.

Are you sure you didn't use a flash? Can see the shadows being cast by Jen's legs on the floor and her head on the back wall, looks exactly where they should be with built-in on body flipped vertical. Also see catchlight pretty much dead center, lack of chin shadow, etc. That'd explain the WB difference. Pick either the skin tones or the walls to make accurate, unless you plan on masking them to take care of the WB mix.

Looks OK to me. My monitor is a nice calibrated S-IPS, so that might have something to do with it. Not seeing this 'orange' hue you speak of.

If you want us to adjust it, upload a full resolution copy (RAW, TIFF or JPEG, in order of preference).

Looks like its around a stop underexposed. Can't tell about color though as I'm at work on a non-calibrated monitor.

There is no RAW or NEF and the D40 doesnt do TIFF.
I only used the JPEGS for a while because I could only get a max of 128MB for a Sony MS.
Then I finally got rid of my Cybershot and got the Nikon. Managed to dig up a 16GB SD card from Meritline.com. Was so used to JPEGS I didnt think about switching. Just realized that I can hold about 2100 RAW's on my stick. Switched over to that the day after I took these gals photos.

The edit was only cropped and slightly resized. No corrections of any kind.

As you can see, her face is oranger (?) than her neck or hands. Her legs have tights so they dont count.
Since her hormones are out of whack and her skin is always breaking out, I suspect Jen may have used too much makeup that morning.

Also, saw her recently and she curled her hair.
HOT! Will get new pics when I remember to bring the camera.

Maybe I'm blind, but I really don't see any problem with the skin tones on either girl even in the original image. The only real problem I see is that the photo is a bit grainy and had some pretty hefty noise reduction done on it so there isn't a lot of fine detail left, particularly in their hair.
