Need help with choosing PCI-E graphics card

I am building my first PC. It will be primarily a DAW doing some home videos from DV camera as well. No gaming, no OCing. I´d like a few suggestions.

Other components will be MSI or Gigabyte nF4 Ultra board, Antec Phantom 500 PSU, Kingston CL3 2x 1GB RAM, Antec P180 case, AMD X2 3800+. Maybe not important.😕

I will be needing a passively cooled PCI-E graphics card that can give me dual screen (2x 1280x1024) in good 2D.

I was thinking in the line of X300TD or FX5200, no preference for ATI or NVIDIA. I´d like a few suggestions, but maybe I should go just a little higher.

I use an X300 at work, dual 1280x1024. It's worked out just fine.

If you have two LCD panels with DVI, you may want to step up to a dual DVI card as the color is never quite the same between the VGA and DVI outputs.

Thank you AmberClad and Varun. I think I'll stick to the X300 then. That GV-NX66T256D looks nice, but it's a bit too far out, as in 3x the price of the X300.
