Need help with choosing a car for $400 or less (Lease)

Ive been really wanting to get the New IS 250 MT, but it doesn't look like I will be able to afford it. Anyone have any idea what I can get for about $400 a month. Can be a lease or purchase...Would like to only pay fees and $0 drive off.

Cant really buy a Civic or a cheaper car though, need to drive a bit more of a car for my job.
