need help with chipset driver for Xp64???

I had to format and reinstall windows on my second hard drive becasue I installed the stupid IDE drivers on accident, Windows would just hang on bootup?? Can ayone tell me the best version chipset drivers to use and what to install from the chipset drivers

The latest chipset drivers from nvidia.com work great for me. 6.70 i believe.
