Need help with Cat-5 ONQ Punch Panel

ONQ Punch

I just moved into a house in Monroe, that was pre-wired for Cat 5 wiring in some rooms of the house.

I have 1x6 ONQ Panel....

1 Input
6 Output
1 "Security" RJ45
1 "Test/Bridge" RJ45
4 dip switches 1,2,3,4 on/off

I punched in the upstairs rooms that had RJ45 taps......

I then made a punch cable plugged in to the input from my Hub below my Small Business Server.

Obviously this isn't working........I know I have something wired wrong or need to hook it up differently...

Thoughts??
