Need help with car head/tail lights

Just yesterday a friend of mine noticed that my right headlight was out...but it happens to work when u turn on the brights. and the right taillight is also out but works when the signal is on. I thought it was a fuse problem but the fuses control head and tail lights seperatly and not with each side of the car. any ideas?
 
brights/dim is a different filament, and the same for the signal. Both bulbs have 1 filament burned out. Replace them, and the problem will be fixed.
