Need help with Buying decision for OCing

Hi,
Im going to build a new comp that will be OC.
I decided to buy this:
AMD Athlon XP 2500 Barton mobile
POWERCOLOR ATI RADEON 9800SE
ABIT NF7-S

Since im buying a XP 2500+, and the FSB runs at 166(333) i should get ddram 333 ram, Since its best to have the ram and Processor running at the same speeds. But since im going OC to xp 3200 by running the at 200(400) will it be best to buy ddram 400? or stick with 333 even tho the FSB is running at 200(400)?

Since you plan on upping the FSB to 200Mhz, I'd suggest getting some quality PC3200 if your wallet can handle it.
