Need help with blue screen of death

one of my friend always get a BSOD with this message:

How can we fixed it?

i doubt even a microsoft tech can help.. anyway, bsod is a combination of hardware + software + microsoft problem.. so list your hardware and which window you're using.. also if you know which driver revisions..

best way, nuke drive, install fresh windows + new drivers.
