Need help with Bittorrent and VOIP and traffic shaping

MY Home Network (ignore the PPTP VPN

for the monowall:
eth0 - LAN (management interface) nothing is currently plugged in to this
eth1 - WAN -DHCP Comcast
eth2 -wLAN - originally jsut for the AP and the clients,...moved stuff over due to lazyness
eth3 - VoIP - this subnet is meant for the Phone adaper...I don't have an extra crossover cable though
eth4 - unused.

All the respective subnets of the interfaces in use are in the diagram

*wLAN- a wrt54GS converter into solely an AP; ie, it is on the same subnet and NOT usign NAT or DHCP..in fact, I am only usign the switch ports because i needed ports.

my configs:

NAT
Firewall Rules
Traffic Shaping 1
Traffic Shaping 2
VoIP Traffic Shapping Rule details
Traffic Shaping Queues
Basically, I still get instances where the person on the other end of the line cna't hear us🙁

Any ideas?

Let me know if you need any other info.

The traffic shaping just looks like regular firewall filters. I believe you need something like QoS to prioritize a percentage of your bandwidth for VOIP. (not completely sure, its just what I picked up from my internship)
