Need help with benchmarking with Quake 3

Well.. actually just need the command to have Quake 3 Arena loop infinite throug one of the demos. Want to use it as a stability test and run it all night while I'm asleep and hope it doesn't freeze.

what are the commands for running :
1) in loop
2) benchmark
3) demos
 
I don't know if there is an actual command to loop a timedemo but here's a link to a batch file that does it. Here.

To not loop, type "timedemo 1" in console, then goto Demos and pick one.
