When i was in strenth and conditioning at school, we had a benchpress set...
it was something like 135 for 8 reps, then so much for 5 reps, then so much for 3 reps, then 1 rep @ 10lbs lower than the set, and you do that 1 rep yet again after a rest, then 5 reps at the lowest weight (or something like that)
it was called the ladder bench press set, but I can't find it anywhere online...
could anyone assist?
