one of my friends bought a p3 700 from <a overclocking company which will remain unnamed> for 184 bux, had to return it cuz it was defective, haven't seen it for 1.5 months.
He said he got a RMA, shipped it back to them, they said that the chip he sent them he didn't buy from them, so they wouldn't send a new one.
I've heard people talk about doing some sort of filing of complaints with bbb.org or reseller ratings..
please help, with any insight.. my friend wants his money back (or a working chip) his money was charged and he doesnt know what to do right now.
