need help with bad ram

I bought a stick of 256MB PC133 Micron ram a while back but I don't know where I bought it from. Can I call Micron up and ask for a warranty rapair?

This once happened to me, and I was lucky enough to find a local dealer who sold Micron RAM. He agreed to exchange it a RMA the bad part for me. He charged me a slight restocking fee, which I thought was quite fair for the favor. Maybe you can do the same thing.
