Hi all,
I need to take part of a mp3 song and loop it. What software would you recommend?
Or...how I get the vocals out of a song. If I could do that I wouldn't need to loop it.

I'm using sonic soundry sound forge, well, it's not free... I'm sure there is a free wav editing software (but i don't know the name)

how I get the vocals out of a song <---- this thing need advanced equipment, so forget it 😛

try using soundforge's equalizer and effects, it won't get the vocals out but it's able to raise the vocals volume/decrease the music.
