Need help with ATI VE TV Tuner card

I would appreciate any help with this issue. I recently installed the Value Edition ATI TV tuner card (PCI) but it seems to detect no channel except one...I live in the Clemson area in SC and the only channel the card locks into is Fox. I have tried the autotune several times but with no luck..there seems to be no problem with the antenna which is a Philips Magnavox Amplified antenna. Can anyone throw me some pointers ? Appreciate it !!

do you have digital cable? if so, you need to put a cable box on your computer.
