Howdy,
I need a little help figuring out my problem. The problem is I have no tv picture. (ATI TV Wonder VE) with Ati Radeon64 VIVO. This problem started after I installed WinXP on another partition and tried to setup TV on XP. currently dual booting win98se and xp. The TV doesn't work at all in XP, (sais no tuner) no real problem because I thought, well I have Win98 to watch TV. But, booted back into 98 and no picture. I've removed all devices and software and did a reinstall.. didn't fix. booted to xp and uninstalled the tv tuner devices and software. Went back to 98, removed all again and started over. Well, to make a long story short it still refuses to work properly. I can get ONE image but it stays there, no motion at all. 7199 video drivers, MMC 7.1 tried MMC 6.1 also (on install cd)
I dont have a stand alone TV anymore (it blew up the other week) so I need to get this fixed. Has per chance anyone out there ran into this problem before?
