Need help with ASUS P7P55D evo board bios

I am not sure if this is the thread that i should be posting this. I need help on how to revert my bios to an older version since the one that i updated before is unstable in overclocking. I have currently the bios version 2004 under my asus p7p55d evo board.

Any ideas on how to revert back to an older version of bios? I used EZ flash to update bios my bios.

Any help would be much appreciated.
