When it boots up, it sometimes gives the beep error code for a bad vid card or bad ram. Neither is bad. Both are brand new AND seated properly. A reset will usually fix it and make it boot properly. Is there a problem with GF2's and this mobo? Too much power draw?

Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks.

For kicks and giggles, shut down the PC but keep power to the monitor. With the monitor powered and turned on, fire up the PC. See if the problem occurs.

I have that combo and the only video issue I have is when I power up the PC before the monitor completes its automatic deguass cycle...no beeps but I get an oddly striped screen on occassion...powering down the PC and restarting with the monitor ready always fixes it.
