Need help with Asus P2B mobo, 60 gig HD support.

My aunt has an old Asus P2B-F mobo and wants to put in a 60 gig hd. The mainboard won't see the drive so I checked out asus downloads and found a revised bios for every P2B except the P2B-F. Any suggestions on the next move?

BIOSes as far back as the 1011 Final for the P2B-F support drives greater than 32GB.

Sounds good, on the bios downloads from the asus website, the 32gig+ support wasn't listed. I'll give version 1013 a try tonight and let you guys know how it goes.

OK, updating with revison 1013 solved the problem, the 60 GIG was recognized.

NOW, another problem. The disk is fine, but on this particular machine, it keeps telling my that I have a bad system disk. Any thoughts?
