Need Help with ASUS MEW-VM mobo

Hi guys and Gals...

I recently picked up this mobo for a bargain price...its an HP pull..
here are the specs:
socket 370, i810 chipset with onboard video and 3 pci slots..

What i need is to update the bios... i checked asus site..and they don't have that mobo listed??????

reason: the video can only share max 1MB with the onboard ram... 1 MB ????? who does that anymore.. I though the i810 chipset could share up to 8 MB of system memory...

Somebody help please....
