I need new tires on my 2001 Accord. I currenty have 80,000 miles on the factory Michelin MXV4's. They have been great tires. My question is, should I get the same tires again? They are pretty expensive. Best deal I have found around me is $109 each. If not, what are some other good tire choices for less $$. I got pricing on the Bridgstone Turanza LS-H and it is $115 each but the fourth tire is free. By the way they are 195/60/15.

those michelin are a pos for that price.. my friend took the

I have the yokohama avs db gen 1, gen 2 are much better, at tirerack, they're 69 each

another of my friend took the Bridgestone Potenza RE950, 73 each at tirerack

one recently tried the Continental ContiExtremeContact but I dont think they have this for your size.

There are a lot of good reviews on the avs/db . But what state are you in , do you get snow, etc ?

I am in Memphis, TN so we get some snow but not much. Mainly need good wet traction. I have read that the MXV4's are POS.

I think I am going to go with the Bridgstone Turanza LS-H. I may lose a MPG or so but it supposedly has great wet traction. I can get them local for $87 each.
