I've been seeing some of these happening with some windows. I'm running win xp home. Seems like a sizing issue? I circled a couple of examples; one where the tabs extend pass the window and another where there should be a fill in box and another tab on bottom. Window cannot be dragged bigger. It's not only Outlook, it is just an example. Any ideas?
