Need help with a virus

I'm using Pccillin and I did a scan last night. I had this virus on my computer at one time, but I thought I got rid of it. It appears to be in my restore files in XP. Does anyone have any idea how I can get rid of this. Here is the information from my virus log file:

D:\System Volume Information\_restore{8A5AAE1D-6396-4AEF-BB84-9FC9B3D19816}\RP6\A0000247.EXE TROJ_DLDER.A Denied access SYSTEM

As you can see, I cannot access this folder. I tried unhiding the system folder and changing the properties, but it won't let me access it.

Looks like the trojan that limeware/bearshare/etc are installing now.
Symantec have instructions on how to remove it. Search the site. It may even be in thier top ten list currently.
It's not really a vicious thing, it's more of a market data collection tool. Neverthless, you would want to get rid of it ASAP.
