Need help with a VIB878DS VIA MVP3 Chipset Motherboard

I have this motherboard and I am wondering what memory I have to use.

Im going to put a K62-450 on it and I think that has a 100Mhz FSB. The motherboard has four memory slots (2 168pins DIMMS and 2 72pin SIMMS) Am I able to use the 72 pin SIMMS (EDO) with e K62-450 or do I have to use the 168pin??

Any help would be appreciated.

I believe you'll have to use PC100 SDRAM.
