Need help with a Ubid purchase, Please!!!

Ok, I bought the Ipaq H3150 from them and when I got the order there was no packing slip inside. Also, when I open the box and shake the ipaq sounds like something is loose inside the pda. Also, there's no usb cradle where it should be. Is Ubid trying to rip me off by selling me a used product when in fact on the site it said it was brand new. I tried calling them but the number just keeping on ringing and no one is picking up. Email hasn't recieved a response yet. What are my options? Can I dispute the charge w/ amex? I don't want to pay for shipping back to them. Any suggestions?

You didn't get the product that they advertised to you. Did you print the confirmation screen? Either way, if you can't get help from them, call Amex and let them fight for you. They will have no problem with that.
