I need help with a silhouette. This was the first time I tried to shoot one and I don't really know where to go from here.

what exactly are you trying to achieve? your gonna need a white sheet that doesn't show the light for 1, or simply a different diffusion material/ more even lighting

Anyway you could use a lightbox? The round light is pretty harsh on the background.
