Need help with a report on Moore's Law

I'm working on a report on the validity and applications of Moore's Law, past, present, and future. I've been unable to find any real solid information on it. The original white papers aren't helping much either. In large part what I need is a listing of cpu's w/ production dates, dies sizes, transistor counts, power consumption, clk spd, ipc, etc. Any and all help and/or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Have you tried searching "moore's law" on Google. You'd be surprised what you find -- follow the footnoted trails to hard sources ("If you footnote, they will plagiarize.&quot.
