need help with a peltier

Alright, I just purchased a "leufken socket cooler peltier kit" from 2cooltek. It says that it is designed for an alpha pal series heatsink fan combo. what I want to know is can i just put a standard heatsink and fan on it and have it work fine. I know an alpha will work better, but if anyone knows whether or not this will work please let me know. Thanks

It won't work, because condensation will escape. Basically, that kit is made to prevent condensation from escaping, but only if you use the heatsink they tell you. Condensation is bad (it's like the water on the side of a glass with cold water), so if you get some on your processor or motherboard, zzzt!
