Just use simple geometry. You know the peak is at the midpoint of the width (12' from the left edge). You can either use similiar triangles or ratios. You know the slope of the roofline and therefore can figure out the peak. For every 12 feet horizontal, you must increase the vertical by 3' (or 4'). This problem becomes very simple since your horizontal distance is 12'.

Interior height: 9' + 3' = 12'
Exterior height: 9' + 4' = 13'

Try constructing similar triangles to the ones given. i.e. make some triangles proportionate to the ones given.
