Need help with a .jar file

I downloaded a .jar file of a game and I don't know what to do with it. I tried to extract it, but I couldn't find anything but files with weird extensions and images.

That is a java archive...

The file is a cell phone game. Does anyone know what to do with those? I'll send a link to the file if necessary. The game is free so I'm not breaking any laws.

You need to load it onto a cell phone that has Java capability enabled
on it. I do not think VZ Wireless has Java ... most other cell carriers do
use it.
