Need help with a couple of application questions

ATOT to the rescue. I'm filling out an application to be a bell/busboy at a fancy hotel. I've been searching for like 15 minutes on google/yahoo and cannot find out what age you have to be to legally serve alcohol in AZ. It doesn't matter anyway but i'd like to fill it out. I'm 20. Also I'm not sure what to put under "Pay Rate Desired", i don't want to just put "the more cash moneyz the better" in there. Should i just leave that part blank? That is all.

doesn't really say....21 to make a 'delivery' off premises.....19 to handle products for 'marketing'.....21 to drink obviously...

I would think it'd be 21...just call them and ask. Same for the pay rate, ask what's the starting pay.
