Need help with a circuit design

I need a circuit to amplify a signal by a factor of 5 and adjust its range from .8-1.8V to 0-5V. Can anyone think of a good all in one amplifying circuit that can do that while providing a decent immunity to noise? I am taking a sample every 10mV so noise will have a big impact on the readings.

What would be my best option.

Well... you have to tell us a little more information first. How much noise can you tolerate? Is the input or output voltage going to be differential with some common mode voltage or single ended with reference to ground. What type of load do you need to drive AND over what frequencies do you need it to amplify? LASTLY... do you want to be building this using discrete components or would you prefer to just buy the darn thing from companies like Maxim (not the magazine).
 
ditto..............What are you trying to do? if its simple voltage amplification then its easy to answer...........is this something a 741 opamp can do or is it a power application that needs to take a microprosser output and lever a relay?
 
And you'll either need to characterize the noise that you need filtered out, or characterize reasonably well the bandwidth/characteristics of the signal you're interested in.
