Need help with 9800 power plug

I need some help guys ive got an old 9800 im putting in a file server im building to use at home and I cant find the power adapter plug can someone tell me how it is wired I can make one from a floppy disk plug but need to know how it is wired from the top pin to the bottom color scheme thanks

its just a regular 12V 4 pin hard drive type molex, with chamfer side down
red black black yellow from edge of card

some didn't use the molex connector...

well, whatever, he wanted to color pinout relations and I gave them, so he can make his own little cable end

thanks and your right about the pin out it worked and found out a floppy drive works perfect didnt have to make a harness for it just plugged in a floppy plug works great
