Hi all,

I just switched from XP pro to 2003 enterprise server to for development and experiementing purpose. Systems seems a lot very stable and efficent on memory, however can't say the same for CPU, my cpu Usage currently is always above 50-60 % regardless what services and compontents that I uninstall or disable. There's no process that specificly "hogs" all cpu time, most of the cpu is still in system idle process. but CPU tracker is always above 50-60%

Just wondering if anyone have any tips or ideas

Thanks in Advance

It seems that my intrupts is killing all of my CPU time and Deferred Procedure Calls

Btw thanks a lot for ur quick respond & Help. I luv this nifty little program. a lot more detailed, kinda reminds me of linux interface with grep and ps. I am currently running the 6.67 Chipset driver, which doesn't crap out my HD, on 2003 OS, could that be the problem?

ie those drivers are not offically supported in 2003

Nforce 4 onboard gigabit Nic, and Marvel Yukon Gigabit, both of which have static assigned IP and anything related to it other than the basic services have been turn off in 2003

Solved my problem, it seems that my HD with failed smart status is currently generating lots of requests, after removing it, my CPU is usage is back to normal, thx for the help and pointing me to such a niffty program.
