NEED HELP! Win Me System information seems to lock up my computer!?

Win Me System information seems to lock up my computer. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how do I fix it? Everything else seems to work fine.

My system:
Asus CUSL2
P3 700
256mb PC133
Elsa Gforce DDR

Any help is much appreciated.

System Information usually takes a long time to start. Sometimes it has locked for me but that was when I had some IRQ conflicts.
 
Thanks, I never had it take more than a couple seconds to start, but now it seems like it is locking up and only way to get back into anything workable is a reboot. I wonder if a clean install of Win Me.
