NEED HELP WATERCOOLING

hi i have a problem my watercooling temps are wayyy too high
i get 38 idle at 1.65v and 45 idle at 1.75 v
my watercooling system consists of
via aqua 1300 pump resivoir
tc-4 rev 2

i donno whats wrong mabe its setup
i connected top of the pump to the resevoir
bottom pump to the cpu block
cpublock to radiator
radiator to resevoir

i used to use a dangerden water block

the problem is it's hard to get these things near ambient temp because yur basically pumping the water through a heater and then trying to cool it down with ambient air

water cooling setups are highly dependent on the temp in your house/case and can't go under ambient temp unless you are using pelts

those temps don't look too bad tho
 
It would be more telling if we knew what ambient was and case temp along with your cpu, and pre-water cooled temps, etc.
