My company developed a CD-ROM for a client, and it works fine except that on one of my co-workers computers, the video plays back really fast as if it's being sped up and people's voices sound like chipmunks. I talked to the CD-ROM developer, who recommended that I make sure she's using a recent version of QT/RP/WMP, which she is. My coworker is using Win 2000, which isn't that old, and I'm wonderign if there is a reason why her computer is either dropping frames and just playing at a normal speed, or if there's a setting somewhere that's making the audio/video playback faster than it should.

Any ideas as to what's wrong?
